The synchroniser is a platform for anyone organising an event. This would be your platform for your suppliers to work together in synchronisation, helping to take one load off your mind.

STRESS RELIEF
It is often highlighted how stressful it is organising big events, so we have designed our chatbot (called Sephora) to take the pressure off you. You can pre-fill questions which will automatically answer supplier queries. Of course, Sephora won’t know everything, but she is so smart that she will message you via SMS to let you know when to get back in to the WhatsApp group to answer an urgent question.

You would set a secret passcode, specific to your event. Once this is done, Sephora will request this passcode from your suppliers, before they will be granted access to your event group. This will ensure you don’t get any ‘gate-crashers’.

There’s no secret your suppliers; dj, decoration company, caterers, car hire and makeup artists, all use a little help with offshoring bits of the work to other suppliers; this sometimes causes a delay in communication and accountability is mislaid. What The Synchroniser provides is a grip of all the suppliers, no matter how many you have, to all be able to communicate clearly with the event organisers to ensure everyone is in sync with one another.
